Food That Make You Constipated


Milk

Milk is high in amount of fatty, which results to decrease in digestion process. with drink of much milk. Also,lactose found in milk produces gas in stomach. Milk also contains lactose, it can cause gas and stomach upsets for some people, or worsen the overall symptoms of constipation.

Red meat
Red meat with high amount of fatty and low amount of fiber gives a slow down in digestion system. It is of different kind of protein fiber, which needs lots of time and energy to digest and results to constipation.

Unripe Bananas
Unripe banana are of  high amount of  starch found,which can increases the constipation.

Cheese
As a milk, cheese also got high of fatty and lactose. It increases the gas in stomach and causes constipation.

Fried Food
Fried food are high in fat, which causes difficulty in digestion process in our bodies. French fry, chicken fry and many other fried food contains very low fiber.Therefore, constipation victims should avoid fried food.

Coffee
It is good to cut down a drinking habit of a cup of coffee every day, if you’re constipated. Coffee reduces the amount of water in body and can cause dehydration,which lead to constipation.

Sugar
Foods with excessive sugar  such as cakes, cupcakes and cookies are high in fat and low in fiber. It disturbs in digestion process and increases constipation.

Gluten
Gluten can cause constipation on a case-by-case basis. If you are unaware of any gluten allergies but deal with constant constipation, you may want to speak to your doctor.

Eggs
Constipation  can be caused by a frequent consumption of eggs.It is very low in fiber and high in fat.

Chocolate
Chocolate is basically a double threat: It is high in fat, which slows down digestion, and may also have caffeine, which can cause dehydration.
