Kedar Ghimere  one of the most comedian artist who is mostly popular name as Magne Buda in numerious  TV serial programe. He have worked on Hijo Aja Ka Kura, Jire Khursani and came into Meri Bassai teaming with Sitaram Kattel.

He started his career in media on 2056 B.S. Kedar Ghimire’s character in Meri Bassai was of Magne Budo which got viral and gain more fame across the globe. With Magne Budo characters, Kedar Ghemire visited around 28 countries to perform in stage. After he came out of Meri Bassai, he started to work with Wilson Bikram Rai for a serial named as Khas Khus which is being broadcast only in YouTube. Kedar Ghemire is married and he has worked in two movies and is busy on his third film.

But we heard the sad news  that he was sick from long time.  After getting sick, he has been resting for a long time. It is reported that he is going through depression and he is taking a lot of medicines for depression. people think that his depression is caused by Dhurmus’ success. Kedar Ghemire and Dhurumus (Sitaram Kattel) started together in ‘Meri Bassai’. Kedar left the tele-serial after their relationship turned sour.

Facebook causes depression: Study

A new study has proved that excessive uses of Facebook may cause depression, and the more someone uses it, the more depressed he or she becomes. Social networks are a way to share, and the experience of successful sharing comes with a psychological and physiological rush that is often self-reinforcing.

Facebook could even cause problems in relationships, by increasing feelings of jealousy. Facebook had the opposite effect, lowering their feelings of connection and increasing their sense of loneliness. When the subjects were actively engaged with Facebook, their physiological response measured a significant uptick in happiness. When they were passively browsing, however, the positive effect disappeared.

Whenever we have downtime, the Internet is an enticing, quick solution that immediately fills the gap. We get bored, look at Facebook or Twitter, and become more bored. Getting rid of Facebook wouldn’t change the fact that our attention is, more and more frequently, forgetting the path to proper, fulfilling engagement. And in that sense, Facebook isn’t the problem. It’s the symptom.

A study led via researchers at Nanyang Technological University, Bradley University and the University of Missouri Columbia found that heavy Facebook (FB, Tech30) users can experience envy — which can A new study has proved that excessive uses of Facebook may cause depression, and the more someone uses it, the more depressed he or she becomes.

The researchers studied 736 school students and found that if one quietly stalks their friends on Facebook and afterward understand that their life doesn’t measure up to others, they begin to feel bad about themselves.

“If Facebook is used to see how well an acquaintance is doing financially or how glad an old friend is in his relationship — things that cause envy among users — use of the site can lead feelings of depressions,” said Margaret Duffy, professor at the University Of Missouri School Of Journalism.

Facebook users usually share every little thing about their lives — the dinner they had out last night, vacation at exotic locations, any grant/ felicitation they got, their children’s achievements and so on.

The people who don’t have similar things to share may feel envious or pitiful for not having similar privileges in life, researchers said.

Depression is a mood disorder that causes feeling down and loss of potentiality. Also called major depressive disorder or clinical depression, it affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems. You may have trouble doing normal day-to-day activities, and sometimes you may feel as if life isn’t worth living.

Now days, the number of people are depressing in the world especially developed country’s people are depressing. They are getting depressed due to the worries and not satisfying with their life. When people are not satisfying with their every desires and demand then he/she goes to in depressed. Depression is very dangerous diseases this may turn towards the people to thought negative in mind and force to do unexpected things like suicide. Depression is a real illness. It affects people in various ways. Depression can be treatable.

Symptoms of depression

Sadness or worries is only a small part of depression. Some people with depression may not feel sadness at all. Depression has many other symptoms, including physical ones. People get depressed in various ways.

  • Felling sad, anxious, or “empty” mood

  • We should try to be active and exercise. Go to a movie, a ballgame, or another event or activity that you once enjoyed.
  • Try to involve in together of people.
  • Set realistic goals for yourself.
  • Try to think positives
  • Break up large tasks into small ones, set some priorities, and do what you can as you can.
  • Try to spend time with other people and confide in a trusted friend or relative. Try not to isolate yourself and let others help you.
  • Remember that positive thinking will replace negative thoughts as your depression responds to treatment.
  • Continue to educate yourself about depression.
