Sleep fast and wake up early in the morning.
Enough sleep is needed to make your exam success because you need energy to do best exam. If your exam is tomorrow you should sleep at 10 o’clock otherwise your mind can get hang and may not catch your good answer. Eight hours is ideal for the night before an exam. You should wake up early to revise your study once again.
Understand your goals.
This is one of the most important points that the students should know. Set your mind clearly to achieve the goals otherwise you never can do your best for the exam and don’t be upset or nervous by remembering the exam. Try to make your target to meet.
Drink plenty of water
Water gives full energy to do the exam best. It makes your mind fresh and helps to reduce your stress. Often when we can’t think clearly and have a foggy memory, it’s because our brains need to be hydrated. While studying and taking your exams, make sure you take regular sips of water.
Focus on those points in which you rather know and don’t focus only for the hard point.
Chances are there will always be something that you could have studied more thoroughly or don’t know so well come the day of the exam. Try to avoid negative Feeling during exam

Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, everyday
Exercise can make your mind creative and active. If you do exercise in every morning your capacity power can increases and it can helps to remember lots of point during exam. At least you should do 30 minute of walking, jogging, swimming, dancing during the exam. Exercise helps us study more effectively for various reasons.
