Princess Himani Shah

Himani Shah, Former Crown Princess of Nepal was born October 1, 1976 and  is the wife of the former  Crown Prince Paras. Himani Singh was born in Kathmandu. She is the middle daughter of Raja Bikram Singh of Sikar and Rani Bipula and she is from the royal family of Sikar state in Rajasthan. She completed her intermediate education in commerce, from Galaxy Public School, in Kathmandu.

Himani is the chairman of Himani Trust, which takes part in different social welfare activities. It works with local communities and organizations to build schools, infrastructure, providing clean drinking water and irrigation facilities

Himani married Paras, ousted Crown Prince of Nepal on 25 January 2000. They have three children. The eldest daughter Purnika Shah was born in December 11 2000, second child Hridendra was born in July 30 2001 and last child Kritika was born in 2002 October 16.
