Which is your favorite dishes Pani Puri or Momo?

Most of the people love paani puri especially girl are most fond of this dishes because paani puri makes with mixing lots of dishes in it. Basically pani puris are small balls made of flour and semolina, rolled out into very small puris and deep fried to a golden shade, cooled and stored in air tight containers. Pani puri, you can literally feel the explosion of flavors in your mouth, an assortment of crisp, tangy, spicy tastes.

Momo is very popular food in Nepal. It is steamed meat or vegetables wrapped in flour dough. It is very popular in Nepal and generally eaten as snacks and tiffin.

Momo can be both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.  Especially around Kathmandu, buff Momo is popular. Nepali call buff momo for buffalo meat Momo. Momo is one of Nepal’s most popular dishes which can be eaten as an entree or as mains. It’s a dumpling filled with meat or vegetables as well. It is eaten with tomato pickle (golbheda ko achar).  Sesame and Tomato achar is main achar of momo.  Momo is also called Kothey and momo cha.


Ingredient List:

2 pounds of ground chicken breast and thigh

1 full white onion

1 bunch of scallions

1 tablespoon of grated ginger

½ tablespoon of grated garlic

½ tablespoon of white pepper

1 tablespoon of cumin powder

Salt to taste

3 tablespoons oil (preferably Olive oil)

2 bunches of finely chopped cilantro

Premade dough patties for wrapping

Green Chili for sauce

1 tablespoon of sesame seed for sauce

2 pounds of ripe tomatoes for sauce
